Our Group was initially established in January of 1988, to involve the seniors of our community in a program which would meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the individual.
We recognize the need to love and be loved. Our group offers seniors a sense of belonging and an opportunity to form bonds of friendship.
As we all do, seniors have a need to feel useful. Our group allows this to be fulfilled in that our seniors are not only entertained, they entertain; they not only receive but have an opportunity to give themselves in friendship, cooking and caring.
Reach-Out Program We invite you, the homebound senior, the active senior, the junior senior and the senior senior to participate in the "Young at Heart" Reach-Out Program.
Our Reach-out Program will enhance your life by providing service for those in need, telephone reasurance, home visits and a monthly luncheon.
Monthly Luncheon Hot noon meal, guest speaker and special music, transportation provided if needed. 4th Thursday of each month at 12:00pm NOON.
